Pinwheel Unit

Needed: 10- light 5” squares and 10-dark 5” squares
With right sides together, place one dark and one light square together. Sew ¼” from edge on all four sides of each square set. Cut each set across both diagonals, corner to corner. Press open with seam to dark side. Arrange the four pieces to form a pinwheel design. Sew pieces together. Press open and square to 5” x 5”.
